Let the Church always be a place of mercy and hope, where everyone is welcomed, loved and forgiven. - Pope Francis.
Becoming Catholic is one of life’s most profound and joyous experiences. Some are blessed enough to receive this great gift while they are infants, and, over time, they recognize the enormous grace that has been bestowed on them. Others enter the Catholic fold when they are older children or adults.
If you are discerning having your child becoming Catholic, we are delighted to assist you in your discernment process. To become Catholic, one receives the Sacraments of Initiation, which are Baptism, Holy Communion, and Confirmation. We prepare children to receive these sacraments through Religious Education at St. Anthony de Padua Parish.
Please contact us and we will talk with you about the process and how to enroll your child in Religious Education.
If you or other members of your family are also discerning entering into to the Catholic Church, we would be happy to answer questions, assist you, and walk with you on your journey of faith.
